My Approach

Enzcian Practice is a space of dialogue and support, where experiences can be worked with in conversation or, if needed, expressed through image, gesture, and color.

My work is rooted in deep listening and gentle presence, and oriented toward Jungian and psychoanalytic traditions. I believe healing begins in relationship: with ourselves, with others, with the materials before us, or with the words that need to be spoken. In our sessions, I hold a grounded and secure space where expression becomes possible without pressure and without judgment.

I accompany people through phases of disorientation, loss, or change toward reconnection and inner clarity. Sometimes art-making becomes a language of regulation and remembrance, helping us trace the invisible, the forgotten, the felt. At other times, the work unfolds in dialogue, in the rhythm of conversation, and in the space of reflection. 

Both ways are less about performance or product, and more about opening a dialogue between what has been and what longs to emerge.

My approach is holistic, trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and intuitive. I trust in the wisdom of the psyche, the intelligence of the body, and the depths that move us toward what is whole.
